We are hiring a bilingual Korean/English Operations \& Business Development Lead to help build our referral partner network, client relationships, and day\-to\-day business operations. This is NOT a sales position. This is a high\-ownership role working directly with leadership inside a fast\-growing entrepreneurial company. **Work Environment** This is a hybrid role combining office collaboration, remote flexibility (for the right person), and in\-person networking. **What You’ll Do** * Build and coordinate relationships with referral partners * Attend networking meetings and industry events from time to time * Support day\-to\-day business coordination and follow\-up * Coordinate social media, YouTube, and Korean\-language content distribution * Help build company systems and processes as the company grows **Who This Role Is For** * Someone who wants to build a career in real estate, finance, or entrepreneurship * Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with people * Interested in a fast\-moving entrepreneurial environment rather than a traditional corporate role * Ambitious, coachable, professional, and eager to grow alongside the company **Requirements** * Professional fluency in English and Korean (professional level) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Organized and detail\-oriented * Comfortable learning new systems **Preferred** * Background in marketing, mortgage, real estate, banking, hospitality, recruiting, retail (e.g. restaurant), or general business operations No prior mortgage experience is required.
