**About the Role** itszippybear is looking for an energetic, warm, and consistent performer to voice and embody Zippy The Bear as a VTube character. a fun, friendly bear character on Twitch. This is a unique remote opportunity that blends character performance with live content creation. You are performing as Zippy — maintaining a consistent, wholesome personality on stream at all times. The right candidate will love gaming AND people in equal measure. **Compensation \& Benefits** * **$20\.00 per hour base pay for all streamed hours logged** * **Up to 50% revenue share from all Twitch earnings — subscriptions, Bits, tips, and ad revenue** * Revenue share percentage scales with performance and commitment level * Milestone bonuses for hitting follower and subscriber growth goals * Paid weekly via PayPal or direct bank transfer * Path to full\-time employment as the channel grows **Responsibilities** * Stream live on Twitch as the Zippy The Bear character — gaming, Just Chatting, and special events * Maintain Zippy's warm, playful, and family\-friendly personality consistently throughout every broadcast * Actively engage with live chat, read donations, run hype trains, and keep stream energy high * Follow an agreed weekly stream schedule reliably — consistency is critical for Twitch algorithm growth * Coordinate with channel owner on game selection, events, campaigns, and stream planning * Help grow the community through raids, hosting, and networking with other streamers * Create short\-form highlight clips from streams for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts (bonus — not required) **Required Qualifications** * **Gaming PC — this is a strict requirement and non\-negotiable** * High\-speed internet connection — minimum 25 Mbps upload speed recommended for quality streams * Quality USB or XLR microphone — clear audio is essential for audience retention * Experience with streaming software such as OBS Studio or Streamlabs * Ability to voice and embody Zippy's warm, sweet, and playful personality consistently on camera * Availability for a minimum of 3 scheduled streams per week * Strong on\-camera presence and energy — even when performing as a virtual avatar * 18 years of age or older * Ability to maintain professionalism and keep the Zippy character separate from personal identity online **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous VTuber or VStreamer experience, including avatar tracking and rigging software (if not can show you, it's super easy \& fun!!) * Existing Twitch or YouTube streaming history — channel size does not matter * Voice acting background or prior character performance experience * Social media management skills — TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X * Short\-form video editing ability for YouTube Shorts or TikTok clip creation * Familiarity with Twitch features: Channel Points, Hype Train, raids, predictions, polls
