Purpose of the Role To build, manage, and optimize CRM systems and automations (primarily in Go High Level) that drive client results. The CRM Specialist plays a critical role in creating conversion-optimized funnels, integrating systems, and supporting the delivery of high-quality marketing services to painting company clients.About the Role As a CRM Specialist, you will collaborate with account management and client servicing teams to deliver high-performing CRM solutions. You will create and optimize lead funnels, automations, and workflows primarily using Go High Level, troubleshoot complex CRM issues, and document processes for team training.
