**Director of Marketing and Community Affairs**
**Reports To:** Upper Management team
**Status:** Contracted PRN (as needed) to Part Time
**Location:** Remote with Travel as Required
**Job Overview**
Director of Marketing
(Must have 8–10 years of marketing experience that can be verified through professional references.)
**Position Overview**
The Director of Marketing will oversee all branding, marketing, public relations, and community engagement initiatives for the youth program, T3 staff, and partners nationally and internationally. This role ensures that brand identity, messaging, media outreach, and community partnerships are aligned with organizational goals, budgets, timelines, and brand standards.
For 2026 our youth programs are expanding in 10 markets nationwide which include Tampa, Orlando, West Palm Beach, Dallas, Houston, Detroit, Knoxville, Greensboro, San Diego, and NYC.

We are seeking a joyful, passionate, and dedicated individual with a heart for people and evangelism, combined with expertise in branding, marketing, and community engagement. This person will be excited to support our ministry, serve our team, elevate our public image, and help spread the Lord’s message as we work together to fulfill His mission nationally and internationally.
* Oversee brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms, programs, and markets.
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns for enrollment, events, partnerships, and national expansion
* Manage social media, digital marketing, website content, email campaigns, and online presence
* Lead and assist with public relations, press outreach, media communications, and brand storytelling
* Build and manage community partnerships, sponsors, influencers, and strategic collaborators
* Coordinate promotional assets including graphics, photography, videography, and branded materials
* Support branding and marketing for runway shows, vendor events, expos, conferences and youth programming
* Track marketing performance metrics, campaign analytics, and brand engagement growth
* Ensure all communications align with organizational mission, faith values, and public image standards
* Represent the organization at community events, partnership meetings, and public engagements
**Work Expectations**
This role requires strong organization, creativity, leadership, and flexibility. The Director will collaborate with leadership, staff, creatives, and partners to ensure consistent brand excellence, positive public perception, and impactful community outreach while supporting expansion across multiple markets.
**Qualifications**
* 8\-10 years previous experience in **marketing and community events**.
* Open to periodic travel.
* Strong **organizational and problem\-solving skills** with attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and **adapt to last\-minute changes**.
* Excellent communication skills and **customer service orientation**.
