Epsilon3 is a multi-product operations management platform revolutionizing the way teams build, launch, and operate spacecraft and other advanced hardware systems. Launched in 2021, our company is led by engineers from SpaceX, Google, and NASA, who have experience supporting over 100 space missions. Innovative teams at Blue Origin, Rocket Lab, Axiom Space, Firefly Aerospace, and many others depend on our web-based (SaaS) solutions to plan and track high-stakes procedures. We raised a $15M Series A funding round led by Lux Capital, Y Combinator (YC S21), and other world-class investors.We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to help drive Epsilon3's next phase of growth. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who combines an engineering background with a proven track record of selling complex technical SaaS solutions. You'll own the full sales cycle - from generating pipeline to closing business working directly with technical and executive stakeholders. Success in this role requires technical credibility, consultative selling skills, and a consistent history of exceeding revenue targets.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closeConsistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goalsGenerate approximately 50% of your pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and industry eventsLead discovery sessions and technical product demonstrations with engineering and executive stakeholdersDevelop compelling business cases and communicate customer value across complex buying committeesBuild strong relationships with customers in aerospace, defense, energy, and other technical industriesPartner closely with Product and Engineering to share customer insights and influence product directionMaintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygieneRepresent Epsilon3 at customer meetings, conferences, and industry eventsWithin your first 6-12 months, you will:Become an expert in the Epsilon3 platform and target marketsBuild a healthy self-sourced pipelineConsistently exceed closed-won revenue goalsBecome a trusted advisor to customers and a key contributor to our growing sales organizationBasic Qualifications10+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience with a history of consistently exceeding quotaBachelor's degree in Engineering or another technical disciplineProfessional engineering or hands-on technical work experience prior to transitioning into salesProven success selling complex technical SaaS solutionsFull-cycle sales experience, including prospecting, technical demonstrations, negotiation, and closingPresident's Club recognition or a demonstrated record of top sales performanceExperience selling into aerospace, defense, energy, advanced manufacturing, or other engineering-driven industriesExceptional communication, presentation, and executive relationship-building skillsUS Citizenship and/or Permanent Residency (future security clearance may be required) - must be located in the United StatesPreferred QualificationsExperience selling workflow, engineering, PLM, MBSE, simulation, or operations softwareExperience in a high-growth Series B–D SaaS companyExisting relationships within aerospace, defense, energy, or related technical industriesWhy Join Epsilon3:Work with industry-leading customers, including NASA and other innovative engineering organizationsJoin at an inflection point with significant growth opportunitiesSell a highly differentiated product with strong customer adoption and retentionPartner closely with founders, Product, and Engineering to shape the future of the businessPlay a foundational role in building a world-class commercial organizationPerks:This full-time role includes stock options, generous PTO, health insurance, and a 4% 401k match.Epsilon3 is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
