[MMS] Cloud Engineer (GCP/Azure Managed Services)

Project – the aim you’ll haveWe are looking for a Google and Azure Cloud Engineer to join our managed services team, supporting clients in the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and optimization of their Google Cloud Platform/Microsoft Azure environments. The scope includes ongoing platform support, incident handling, monitoring, and ensuring the stability and security of cloud infrastructure.Position – how you’ll contributeMonitor, maintain, and support GCP and Azure environments for managed services clientsTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure incidents and service requestsManage cloud resources including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL (GCP) and Azure VMs, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, App Services, and Azure FunctionsConfigure and maintain networking components: VPC, Cloud DNS, Private Service Connect (GCP) and Virtual Networks, VPN Gateway, Azure DNS, NSGs, Private Endpoints (Azure)Ensure security and compliance through IAM, Org Policies, VPC Service Controls, Secret Manager, Cloud Audit Logs (GCP) and Azure AD / Entra ID, RBAC, Azure Policy, Defender for Cloud (Azure)Manage infrastructure using Terraform and Azure DevOps / Cloud Build / GitHub Actions pipelinesCollaborate with client teams and contribute to documentation and runbooksExpectations – the experience you needStrong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure core servicesGood understanding of GCP and Azure networkingKnowledge of Azure security fundamentals (Entra ID, RBAC, Azure Policy, Key Vault, Defender for Cloud) and GCP (IAM, Org Policies, audit logging, Secret Manager)Experience with Terraform (required) and Bicep(is a plus) for infrastructure as codeExperience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Cloud Build)Ability to troubleshoot complex GCP and Azure infrastructure issues independentlyGood communication skills in English — client-facing environmentAdditional skills – the edge you haveExperience with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)Experience with GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine)GCP Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect certificationAZ-104 and AZ-305 certification preferredFamiliarity with ITIL or service management frameworksOur offer – professional development, personal growth:Flexible employment and remote work International projects with leading global clients International business trips Non-corporate atmosphere Language classes Internal & external training Private healthcare and insurance Multisport card Well-being initiatives Position at: Software Mind PolandSoftware Mind develops solutions that make an impact for companies around the globe.
