We invite you to be part of our exciting journey and make your mark on the future of AI.About the JobAs an IT Support and Systems Administrator Intern, you will be the go-to person for all technical support and automation needs. You will work with clients to resolve technical issues, implement automation processes, and optimize systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering excellent service.About the PlacementWe have a scheduled ongoing placement immediately and an ongoing bi-weekly placement. We are screening candidates for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 to align with academic internship schedules. Your placement can be either full-time or part-time but must be a minimum of 520 hours to complete our program. We allow flexibility to avoid any conflicts with academic responsibilities. Please outline your ideal placement date or term and any constraints you may have.What You’ll DoProvide IT support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.Design, implement, and maintain automation processes to streamline workflows for internal teams and clients.Manage and monitor systems, ensuring their optimal performance and security.Set up and configure hardware, software, and network systems for clients as needed.Develop and maintain technical documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their technical needs and deliver tailored solutions.Research and implement new tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency.About YouA background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field.Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or automation roles.Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python)Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Don’t worry if you don’t check every box—what matters most is your passion for learning, curiosity, and your willingness to contribute to the team.Additional PerksBe part of the exhilarating journey of a start-up transitioning to an IPO.Engage directly with senior management and advisory board members.Hands-on experience in the AI startup ecosystem.Opportunities to work closely with industry leaders and entrepreneurs.Enhance your CV with a wide array of experiences unique to NovaForge / AI Venture Lab.Get priority consideration for full-time roles post-internship.Duration and CompensationThis is a full-time & part-time, paid internship with flexibility for your placement options and starting dates.
