As a growing value\-based care organization, we use data, technology, and a collaborative, mission\-driven culture to improve patient outcomes and transform healthcare delivery. **Role Summary** The **Associate Director, Clinic Operations** is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing clinic operations, provider performance, and quality patient care within a virtual, value\-based care environment. As the Associate Director, you will lead advanced practice providers, improve operational and clinical outcomes, foster an engaged care team, and ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, high\-quality care. As a rapidly growing organization, we are looking for a leader who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, building new capabilities, and creating scalable processes in a dynamic environment. This role requires the associate to be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active, unrestricted license and the ability to maintain clinical practice, approximately 10% of the time, to support direct patient care, clinical credibility, and compliance with practice expectations.
