This role focuses on requirements development, testing coordination, release readiness, and operational validation to ensure air capabilities are delivered accurately and consistently across markets.The role is hands on and detail oriented, working closely with engineering, QA, and operations teams to ensure high quality execution and smooth rollout of air features and integrations.As a Senior Manager Product – Travel Commerce, you willSupport feature‑level definition and refinement within air product initiativesDevelop and maintain detailed product requirements, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentationCoordinate and execute UAT and functional validation, including XML and API behaviorValidate servicing flows, edge cases, and operational scenariosManage defect triage, issue tracking, and support cases related to air integrationsPartner with engineering and QA teams to ensure delivery meets functional and operational expectationsSupport deployment activities and confirm configuration accuracy across points of saleEnable regional teams with release notes, known limitations, and operational guidanceMonitor post‑release performance and support issue resolution as neededAbout youStrong Travel and hospitality industry experienceSolid understanding of corporate travel management and business Expert product management ownership in air content and supplier integrationExpertise in complex systems integration, NDC, low-cost carrier models, and multi-channelExperience leading major cross-domain initiatives with global and regional scopeProficiency in supporting product strategy, producing product documentation, and strengthening product management governanceProficiency with XML and JSON API implementationProficiency in M365 tools including AI assistantsFluent in business English and effective in oral, written, and presentation communicationWhat we offer youAt BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people.
