With a team of 250+ people across the Czech Republic, Europe, and Asia, we're building the future of esports betting.About the RoleWe're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product for our eSimulators (eSims) team — a group of mathematicians who build and maintain the models behind Oddin's studio-based 24/7 betting content. eSims features real players competing head-to-head in titles like eFootball, eBasketball, eCricket, eTouchdown, and CS2/Dota 2 Duels, generating 250,000+ matchups annually with 800+ markets available at any time.The mathematical challenges are significant: pricing models, market correlation, BetBuilder combinatorics, player-pair balancing, and margin optimization all require deep quantitative reasoning. You don't need to be a mathematician — but you need to earn the respect of one. Mathematical and quantitative thinking is a hard requirement for this role, not a nice-to-have.
