Using advanced data analytics, we design and activate high reach ad campaigns— leveraging audience targeting, programmatic media reach and onsite conversion technology—that drive results.About the RoleWe’re looking for a motivated Digital Sales Consultant with a strong track record in the sales of media and marketing services. This role is ideal for a consultative seller with an existing network and a knack for identifying qualified prospects, closing deals, and helping clients grow through innovative data and audience-based solutions. Bringing a specific vertical or industry experience to the table is a plus. You'll be responsible for generating new client sales by crafting solutions that meet their needs. This is a high-impact role for someone entrepreneurial, strategic, and eager to help shape the our future growth.What You’ll DoDrive new business by leveraging your existing network and identifying prospect needs.Craft and deliver tailored pitches, proposals, and solutions that speak directly to client needs.Own the sales cycle from lead generation through client acquisitionCollaborate with our client strategy and account teams to ensure great execution and long-term success.What We’re Looking ForExperience:3+ years of experience in advertising or media sales, business development, or client services within advertising and marketing services.Media strategy or planning experience is a plus.Proficiency with sales and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)Skills & Traits:Existing relationships with potential prospects, a proven book of business and strong regional or vertical-specific network.Self-directed - motivated by sales commissions.Ability to motivate prospects to take action with our solutions.Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.Why Join Cybba• Year 1 OTE - $150,000 with uncapped commission plan • Flexible hybrid or fully remote work environment • Unlimited PTO and paid holidays • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits • 401(k) with employer match • Life and disability insurance Cybba is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
