Successful candidates will have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.Job Responsibilities:Design and implement new capabilities and custom software solutions to solve unique government customer problemsFollow best practices to write well-tested, high performing codeIdentify and resolve issues found in existing codeIntegrate capabilities with external services and toolsParticipate in code reviews and mentor team membersCommunicate status and technical details with customersRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant STEM fieldU.S Citizenship with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Security ClearanceRequired Experience 12 + years experience writing, maintaining, debugging, and testing codeExperience with RESTful web services Experience with server-side languages, preference toward Golang, NodeJS, and/or PythonExperience with frontend JavaScript frameworks, preference toward Angular and VueExperience with version control software (e.g., Git)Experience with bug/issue tracking software such as JIRARequired SkillsAbility to communicate technical details of workAbility to work in a dynamic environment and take ownership for segments of a projectStrong oral and written communication and organizational skillsOpen, team-oriented, with a strong desire to learnDesired ExperienceExperience with containerized deployment such as DockerExperience utilizing document store databases, such as Elasticsearch, OpenSearch and MongoDBExperience with Kubernetes and HelmExperience with CI/CD pipelines utilizing Argo CD and JenkinsRadiance Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
