Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, detail\-oriented Virtual Assistant to support daily operations across multiple service\-based brands, including RestoPros Boise and Floor Coverings International Boise. This is a remote role, and we are especially open to candidates based in Latin America who have strong English communication skills and availability that overlaps with U.S. Mountain Time business hours. This role will involve answering customer calls, scheduling appointments, dispatching team members, keeping customers updated, ordering flooring materials, supporting restoration job coordination, and helping with back\-office admin tasks. We need someone who is organized, calm under pressure, and able to work across multiple brands while keeping communication, processes, and customer details clear. **Responsibilities:** * Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries for multiple brands * Clearly identify which brand, service, and customer each call or task relates to * Schedule and confirm appointments * Dispatch technicians and coordinate with the field team * Keep customers informed with updates, appointment details, and next steps * Assist with ordering flooring/materials for Floor Coverings International Boise * Support restoration\-related job coordination and follow\-ups for RestoPros Boise * Track tasks, job updates, customer notes, and follow\-ups in company systems * Help with general back\-office admin work * Support weekend coverage when needed * Communicate clearly with the team regarding urgent updates, customer concerns, and scheduling changes **Ideal Candidate:** * Strong spoken and written English * Experience supporting multiple brands, accounts, clients, or departments * Experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatch, or operations support * Comfortable making and receiving phone calls * Highly organized and detail\-oriented * Able to switch between different brands and processes without losing track of details * Able to work independently and follow instructions carefully * Good judgment when handling customer concerns or urgent situations * Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, CRM/job management systems, scheduling platforms, and email * Experience with home services, restoration, water damage mitigation, flooring, construction, or field\-service businesses is a plus **Schedule:** This role requires availability that overlaps with U.S. Mountain Time business hours. **Weekend availability is preferred.** **Location Preference:** Remote.
