**About Us** Go Hire Virtual provides skilled Virtual Assistants and remote support professionals to businesses across the United States. We help companies improve efficiency, reduce operational workload, and scale their business by connecting them with experienced remote talent in administration, customer support, marketing, operations, and more. We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing **Outbound Sales Executive** to join our on\-site sales team. **Position Overview** This is a field\-based B2B sales role focused on building relationships with business owners and decision\-makers through networking, event participation, and outbound outreach. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with new people, comfortable attending business events, and motivated by performance\-based earnings opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** * Attend industry events, expos, networking groups, chamber events, and conferences * Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision\-makers * Introduce prospective clients to Go Hire Virtual’s services and solutions * Conduct outbound outreach and follow up with leads * Deliver presentations and explain the value of virtual staffing solutions * Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communication using CRM software * Collaborate with the sales team on strategies, goals, and pipeline management * Participate in ongoing sales training and team development sessions **Qualifications** * Minimum 1 year of B2B sales, outbound sales, telemarketing, or inside sales experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems * Comfortable with networking, lead generation, and relationship\-building * Self\-motivated with strong organizational and follow\-up skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Reliable transportation and ability to commute to South Salt Lake, UT **Compensation \& Benefits** * Competitive base pay plus uncapped commission * Fuel allowance: $70 per pay period * Performance\-based earning potential * Paid training and ongoing professional development * 401(k) * Health insurance * Paid time off **Schedule** * Full\-time * Monday to Friday (8 AM \- 5 PM, Mountain Time) * Some local travel and event attendance may be required **Work Location** * In\-person – South Salt Lake, UT 84115 Pay: $49,862\.62 \- $75,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
