This role supports their mission by engaging Medicare\-eligible individuals and guiding them through the enrollment process with integrity and professionalism. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls with Medicare\-eligible individuals * Clearly and compliantly explain Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plan options * Follow all CMS and company compliance standards * Use online tools (Sunfire, Connecture) for quoting, eligibility, and enrollment * Maintain accurate CRM documentation * Stay current on product updates, AHIP, and carrier\-specific certifications * Meet sales and conversion targets while upholding service quality and compliance * Communicate professionally via phone, email, and chat * Manage a distraction\-free home workspace and equipment * Participate in regular coaching, QA, and training sessions **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of Medicare Sales experience strongly preferred * Remote work experience strongly preferred * Must have active AHIP certification * Must hold a current and valid Health Producer License * Must be licensed in the following states: AL, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI * Must provide your own equipment (computer, headset, etc.) * Must have a reliable internet connection (100 Mbps or better) and a quiet home workspace **Compensation \& Growth:** * Classroom style\=""\>Tier 1: 0\-9\= $50 per * Tier 10\-14 \= $75 per * Tier 3: 15\-19 \= $85 per * Tier 4: 20\+ \= $100 per * Cash Spiffs awarded daily up to $75 Additionally, a 1000 bonus when they write 75 policies **Join a Team That Values You** This is a high\-impact opportunity to join a fast\-paced, supportive team where you can make a real difference in clients’ lives.
