We produce content across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok at a consistent volume and high standard. We're looking for a skilled short\-form video editor to join our elite creative team on a long\-term basis. **\*About the Role\*** This is an ongoing editing role focused on short and long\-form content — Reels, TikToks, and YouTube. You'll work closely with our team and receive structured feedback and coaching from a UK\-based creative editor. The expectation is high\-quality output, consistent turnaround, and a proactive working style. If you're looking for a one\-off project, this won't be the right fit. We're building a long\-term working relationship. **\*What You'll Be Doing\*** \- Edit long and short\-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube) to a high standard \- Apply strong storytelling, pacing, and retention principles \- Maintain consistent brand identity and visual language across all content \- Manage your own workflow and meet regular deadlines without hand\-holding \- Use Notion for task tracking and team communication \- Incorporate feedback efficiently and improve output over time **\*Requirements\*** \- Proficient in DaVinci Resolve (required) \- Strong understanding of LUTs, transitions, plugins, and sound design \- Solid grasp of short\-form attention and retention mechanics \- Native Turkish speaker; B1\+ English (written and spoken) \- Organised, reliable, and structured in how you work \- Comfortable with Notion and remote async workflows \- Able to handle volume and tight deadlines consistently **\*Nice to Have\*** \- Experience editing content in the coaching, personal development, or wellness space \- Familiarity with brand\-led content (not just viral/entertainment editing) **\*Engagement Details\*** \- Contract type: Long\-term, ongoing \- Estimated workload: 20\-30 reels/month and 4 long videos/month \- Compensation: $500–$900/month depending on experience and output volume, with performance bonuses \- Schedule: Flexible/remote, within agreed turnaround times **\*How to Apply\*** Please include the following in your proposal: 1\.
