We're looking for therapists who want to get in early and help shape what we build.Backpack Healthcare provides mental health care for children, teens, and young adults — all online, covered by most insurance. We're clinician-led and minority-owned, and Arizona is one of our newest markets. That means the clinicians who join now aren't just filling roles — they're helping us establish care in communities that need it.If you're looking for flexible part-time work with a team that's serious about outcomes and serious about clinician support — this is worth your time.What this role looks likeYou'll carry a caseload of 15–22 sessions per week, providing individual and family therapy via telehealth. Most of our clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings (2–9 PM), with weekend availability a plus. You build the schedule.
