Job Description:You will play a key part in enabling growth within the data, analytics and AI space reporting directly to the Head of Data and AI Advisory Services. The key responsibilities include solutioning and managing a set of clients data transformation programs, provide guidance on architecture, platform, tooling, and AI. Thus enabling our clients to stay current with tech and derive value from their data assets.We are looking for an experienced Data Growth / Solutions Architect to lead a set of accounts for our diverse portfolio of US and global clients. You will be responsible for enabling a future ready architecture, bringing thought leadership while ensuring seamless execution across multiple teams, geographies, and client stakeholders. You will have experience speaking with C-Level and n-1s and managing high-visibility programs in a fast-paced agency environment.You will work on cutting-edge programs for world-class brands while developing your career at one of the industry's leading marketing agencies. If you are someone who excels in a client-focused environment and can balance strategic thinking, growing the accounts and some hands-on execution excellence, come join us!You will report to Head of Technology Advisory Services.Responsibilities:Overall Account GrowthEnable thought leadership discussions at key points within client's data, AI and Agentic journeyBuild and bring forward the right stories needed to take to the right stakeholdersBe comfortable holding a target of $5M - $10MProgram Strategy & PlanningDevelop comprehensive program, data and AI strategies and roadmaps as needed for clientsLead cross-functional planning sessions with creative, strategy, data analytics, technology, and media teams to ensure integrated program deliveryClient Relationship ManagementBe the primary contact for assigned client stakeholders, building trust and maintaining strategic relationships across multiple marketsFacilitate regular client communications, including client stakeholder presentations, program reviews, and weekly status sessionsHelp the working team navigate complex client organizational structures and cultural considerations for global programsTeam Leadership & CoordinationLead matrixed teams of 15-30 professionals across multiple disciplines, including creative directors, strategists, data scientists, developers, and media plannersFoster collaboration between our teams and external partners, including vendors, production companies, and technology providersProgram Execution & DeliveryManage program budgets from $3M+, including forecasting, tracking, and optimization recommendationsOversee program execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines across all workstreamsImplement risk management strategies and contingency planning for complex, multi-phase programsRequired Qualifications:Track record managing large programs exceeding 15+ years of IT experience with background on enabling growth on accounts in the data, cloud, analytics and AI spaceExperience working with Fortune 500 clients and global brandsExperience presenting to executivesExperience overseeing and ensuring delivery large Data / AI Transformation programsProficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar)Familiarity with marketing technology stack including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, data management and eCommerce toolsExperience managing large, diverse teams in matrixed environmentsAt dentsu, we believe great work happens when we’re connected. Our hybrid way of working combines remote flexibility with regular in-person collaboration to spark ideas and strengthen our teams. Many of our employees who live within commuting distance (90 minutes) from one of our Headquarter or Hub Offices (New York, Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles) are required to work in the office 2-3 days per week including one Team Day. The minimum number of days may vary by office and role. Dentsu may designate other HQ or Hub offices at any time. Those who do not live near an office may be designated as a remote employee, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect you to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office from time to time.The annual salary range for this position is $136,000 - $219,075.
