In this role, you will:Support our users across all online channels (email, Discord, website chat, forums, social medias, etc)Create how-tos, guides, wikis, knowledge base, etc for recurring questions/issuesCollaborate with engineers on our team to debug through challenging technical issuesWe hope you:Have great written communication skillsHave at least basic Linux technical skills, such as SSH, running commands in Terminal to debug with users, etc (we’ll train you with umbrelOS-specific commands)Like talking to users and are willing to constantly do so without external encouragementAre able to empathize with users, and genuinely care about their problems — we can’t exist without them
