This role sits on the Client Success team to deliver accurate, scalable solutions that improve onboarding, adoption, and long-term client success.This position also owns data management and retention processes to ensure compliance, consistency, and operational efficiency. Ideal candidates are early-career technical professionals who enjoy solving data and integration challenges in a client-facing environment.Duties & ResponsibilitiesData Migration & ManagementPerform data imports, transformations, and migrations using Excel and SQLClean, map, validate, and maintain data integrity across client implementationsManage data retention policies and lifecycle processes, including storage, archival, and deletion practicesTechnical SupportManage escalated client support tickets related to data issues through resolutionEscalate complex technical issues to engineering while maintaining ownership of communication and follow-throughDocument configurations, workflows, and known issues to support scalability and knowledge sharingServe as the primary point of contact for integrations, coordinating with clients, Client Success, Sales, and internal technical teams (when needed)Reporting & CustomizationBuild and customize client-facing reports using HTML templates and internal toolsSupport custom reporting and data output requestsTroubleshoot report formatting and data accuracy issuesClient Success CollaborationPartner with Client Success to translate client requirements into technical solutionsSupport technical onboarding and ongoing client needsParticipate in client implementation and success initiatives as neededProcess ImprovementFollow and improve implementation workflows and operational processesIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve toolingSupport ongoing refinement of data governance and retention proceduresQualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experienceExperience1–3 years of experience in data analysis, technical support, implementations, or related rolesExperience working with large datasets and maintaining data accuracy preferredSkillsStrong proficiency in Excel and SQLBasic proficiency in HTML/CSSFamiliarity with JavaScript or Python preferredStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience with CRM systemsFamiliarity with APIs (REST) and system integrations is a plusDisclaimer: Tracker Products is a Christian-owned company that operates in alignment with biblical principles, including integrity, service, humility, and excellence.
