**Join Our Team as a National Sales Executive \- Group Health!**
Are you a seasoned sales professional with deep experience in Group Health and technology\-enabled healthcare solutions? Do you excel at building strong relationships, developing pipelines, and closing deals that create long\-term value? If so, Prime Health Services (PHS) wants YOU to join our growing team!
As a **National Sales Executive**, you’ll play a key role in expanding Prime’s Group Health footprint by cultivating new client relationships, positioning our technology\-enabled solutions, and driving revenue growth. You’ll serve as the front\-line connection to prospective clients—representing the PHS brand at conferences, onsite meetings, and industry events.
**What You'll Do**
* Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified new business opportunities.
* Build and strengthen relationships with prospects through regular outreach and in\-person meetings.
* Conduct frequent prospect visits and follow up on proposals, quotes, and sales conversations.
* Travel up to 60% to meet clients, attend industry events, and support relationship\-building activities.
* Provide weekly pipeline updates and status reports to the VP of Business Development.
* Represent PHS at conferences, trade shows, and professional organizations.
* Negotiate terms and successfully close sales agreements.
* Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
* Schedule site visits and travel strategically to maximize efficiency and ROI.
* Position and sell Prime’s technology\-enabled solutions with a **primary focus on Group Health**, including network offerings, platform capabilities, and client integration support.
**What We’re Looking For**
### ***Required Qualifications***
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
* 10–15 years of experience in workers’ compensation, group health, or auto liability markets.
* 5–7 years of experience in PPO, Bill Review, or Specialty Network sales — **with a strong emphasis on Group Health** (preferred).

* Ability to sell complex technology\-enabled solutions and collaborate with operational and technical teams to support client onboarding and long\-term success.
