**Location:** Remote with up to 60% travel (U.S.) **Department:** Business Development **Join Our Team as a National Sales Executive \- Group Health!** Are you a seasoned sales professional with deep experience in Group Health and technology\-enabled healthcare solutions? Do you excel at building strong relationships, developing pipelines, and closing deals that create long\-term value? If so, Prime Health Services (PHS) wants YOU to join our growing team! As a **National Sales Executive**, you’ll play a key role in expanding Prime’s Group Health footprint by cultivating new client relationships, positioning our technology\-enabled solutions, and driving revenue growth. You’ll serve as the front\-line connection to prospective clients—representing the PHS brand at conferences, onsite meetings, and industry events. **What You'll Do** * Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified new business opportunities. * Build and strengthen relationships with prospects through regular outreach and in\-person meetings. * Conduct frequent prospect visits and follow up on proposals, quotes, and sales conversations. * Travel up to 60% to meet clients, attend industry events, and support relationship\-building activities. * Provide weekly pipeline updates and status reports to the VP of Business Development. * Represent PHS at conferences, trade shows, and professional organizations. * Negotiate terms and successfully close sales agreements. * Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. * Schedule site visits and travel strategically to maximize efficiency and ROI. * Position and sell Prime’s technology\-enabled solutions with a **primary focus on Group Health**, including network offerings, platform capabilities, and client integration support. **What We’re Looking For** ### ***Required Qualifications*** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. * 10–15 years of experience in workers’ compensation, group health, or auto liability markets. * 5–7 years of experience in PPO, Bill Review, or Specialty Network sales — **with a strong emphasis on Group Health** (preferred). ### ***Competencies*** * Highly detail\-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Results\-driven with a strong negotiation skillset. * Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, evolving business environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills (email, phone, in\-person, trade shows). * Strong organizational, problem\-solving, and time\-management abilities. * Professional, calm, and confident presence under pressure. * Ability to sell complex technology\-enabled solutions and collaborate with operational and technical teams to support client onboarding and long\-term success. **Why You'll Love Working at PHS** ***Benefits*** * Medical Insurance * Dental and Vision Insurance * Company\-paid short\-term \& long\-term disability * Company\-paid group term life insurance * Generous P
