The PR Coordinator is the entry seat onto our in-house PR and Communications team, reporting to the Senior PR Manager. This is one of the best roles in the company for a hungry, early-career operator who wants to learn PR by doing it, in a small team that ships fast.You will not be making the coffee. From week one you will be drafting pitches, tracking media coverage, supporting the casting of Seeking members for press interviews, building media lists, and learning how to pitch journalists from someone doing it at a senior level. You will also be on-call to step in front of a camera or microphone yourself when needed.This is the right role for someone two years out of school (or with one to two years of PR or journalism experience) who is hungry, organized, AI-native, and willing to do the work. The job is not glamorous every day. Done well, it is the fastest way to become a PR Specialist or Senior PR Manager in three to five years.Who Should ApplyWe care about wiring more than resume. We are especially open to candidates from these backgrounds:New PR agency hires (Assistant Account Executive to Account Executive) looking for in-house experienceRecent journalism or communications graduates with one or two internships and a portfolio of clipsEarly-career marketing coordinators ready to specialize in PR and communicationsNewsroom interns or junior reporters ready to cross to the PR sideSelf-taught communicators with a strong portfolio and a clear voice, even if the resume is non-linearIf you are early in your career, hungry, organized, and would rather be useful on day one than wait for someone to onboard you, this role is for you.Core ResponsibilitiesPR Operations & Media SupportDraft press releases, media alerts, pitch emails, Q&As, fact sheets, executive bios, and briefing documents for review by the Senior PR Manager and PR SpecialistSupport incoming media requests by gathering information and routing approvals internallyMaintain media lists, pitch calendars, and journalist contact databasesMonitor and organize daily media coverage; prepare summaries and internal reportsResearch journalists, influencers, podcasts, and media opportunities relevant to the brandSupport outreach efforts to media contacts and influencers under the Senior PR Manager's and PR Specialist's directionHelp create media kits, fact sheets, executive bios, Q&As, and briefing documentsTrack competitor PR activity and flag interesting items to the teamHelp coordinate award submissions and speaking opportunitiesIdentify PR opportunities through Qwoted, HARO, and similar platforms dailySurface trending topics and cultural conversations the team should consider hijackingFlag potential reputation or media risks to the Senior PR Manager when identifiedMember Casting & Storyteller Book SupportSupport the day-to-day operations of the Seeking member casting book under the PR Specialist's directionHelp recruit and vet new members for the bookPrepare member briefing packets ahead of press interviews (outlet, journalist, angle, talking points)Help match members to journalist interview requests and coordinate availabilityManage NDAs, consent forms, and post-interview follow-ups for member intervieweesKeep the casting book tagged, searchable, and currentSpokesperson WillingnessBe willing to participate in interviews and serve as a spokesperson for Seeking.com when neededComplete media training as the company offers it and build personal comfort on camera, in audio, and with reportersStep in for the Senior PR Manager or PR Specialist when they are unavailable for a lower-stakes media opportunityCoordinate with the Senior PR Manager and legal on any spokesperson appearance with reputational sensitivityAgency & Cross-Functional CoordinationSupport day-to-day communication with our outside agency partners in the UK and USSchedule meetings and maintain calendars for PR initiativesTrack deadlines, deliverables, approvals, and follow-up items across projectsHelp review agency materials for accuracy, formatting, and brand consistencyPrepare meeting notes, action items, and follow-up summariesShare approved messaging, campaign updates, and brand guidelines with partnersMarketing Operations & Administrative SupportCreate and update Jira tickets and maintain organized project workflowsGather materials and agenda items for team meetingsMaintain calendars, trackers, and shared planning documentsUpdate SOPs and process documentation for recurring workflowsSupport integrated campaign coordination across PR, creative, social, and digital teamsMaintain PR asset libraries: approved imagery, messaging documents, and executive materialsProofread communications for grammar, formatting,
