**Mental Health Outpatient Therapist (Per Diem, Full Time)** **Resilient Mental and Behavioral Healthcare Services** Locations: Delran, Hamilton, and Lumberton, NJ\-remote/hybrid **Pay:** $60–$70 per hour/ $70\.00 fully licensed **Resilient Mental and Behavioral Healthcare Services** is seeking a licensed Mental Health Outpatient Therapist to join our growing team of clinicians dedicated to providing meaningful, client\-centered care. This is a per diem opportunity for a therapist who is passionate about working with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating mental health and substance use challenges. Services are goal\-focused, time\-limited, and grounded in evidence\-based practice. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans in partnership with clients and families, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy. This position offers flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful impact in the community. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct initial screenings and comprehensive mental health assessments * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families * Provide individual, family, and group therapy services * Deliver psychoeducational interventions that support symptom reduction and improved functioning * Coordinate care with internal and external providers * Provide case management support to connect clients with appropriate services and benefits * Monitor progress and reassess treatment goals as needed **Qualifications** * Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field (LAC, LAMFT, LSW) (LPC ,LMFT ,LCSW) * Active New Jersey license * Experience working within structured treatment systems * Strong clinical judgment and decision\-making skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems * Valid New Jersey driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle **What You Can Expect** * Professional, supportive clinical environment * Opportunities to work with diverse populations * Flexible per diem scheduling * Competitive hourly rate based on experience **Resilient Mental and Behavioral Healthcare Services** is committed to providing high\-quality behavioral health services that strengthen individuals and families.
