You bring the experience, the certifications, and the confidence to back it up.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the most senior Salesforce authority across the organisation owning platform vision, architecture, and governanceLead the design and delivery of Marketing Cloud solutions that power personalised, data driven customer engagement at scaleDrive Data Cloud strategy including unified customer profiles, data ingestion pipelines, segmentation models, and cross cloud activationOversee the full Salesforce ecosystem ensuring Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, and Marketing Cloud operate as a unified, high performing environmentDefine integration architecture between Salesforce clouds and external data sourcesSet and enforce data governance, compliance, and quality standards across the platformLead enterprise implementations, migrations, and transformations from discovery through to go live and beyondPresent platform strategy, roadmap, and outcomes to C-suite and senior leadershipBuild and document scalable, future proof solutions that grow with the businessRequired Qualifications8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience at enterprise level — this is non-negotiableExpert level Marketing Cloud experience across Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and advanced personalisationExpert level Data Cloud experience including data streams, data model objects, identity resolution, calculated insights, and activationDeep cross cloud knowledge spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AgentforceExtensive Salesforce certification portfolio — Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and platform certifications expectedDemonstrated history of owning and delivering large scale enterprise Salesforce transformationsExceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skillsMust have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.
