We’re a growing digital marketing agency that partners with small and mid\-sized businesses to improve their visibility, attract more customers, and grow through managed marketing services. Right now, we’re looking for a motivated, curious, and results\-driven **Account Executive** to join our crew.
This role is a great fit for someone early in their sales career who is ready to take off, own the full sales process, and help collision repair shops discover smarter ways to grow their business.
**What You’ll Own**
*Lead Generation and Qualification*
You’ll help build our runway by identifying and researching potential clients in the SMB segment. You’ll develop and test strategies for generating qualified leads through cold outreach, networking events, industry conferences, and other creative channels.
You’ll also conduct initial discovery conversations, understand each prospect’s needs, and determine whether Stratosphere’s services are the right fit.
*Go\-to\-Market Strategy*
You’ll work closely with our marketing and delivery teams to refine and launch go\-to\-market strategies tailored to B2B service businesses.
This includes creating compelling sales presentations and proposals that clearly communicate the value of our retainer\-based digital marketing services. You’ll also stay tuned in to industry trends, competitive activity, and client needs so we can keep our strategy flying in the right direction.
*Full Sales Lifecycle Management*
You’ll manage the sales journey from first contact to signed agreement.
That means leading engaging sales presentations and discovery audits, answering questions, negotiating contracts and pricing, and helping prospects feel confident choosing Stratosphere as their growth partner.
You’ll also keep accurate, up\-to\-date records of your sales activity in our CRM so the whole team has clear visibility into the pipeline.
*Client Relationship Management*
You’ll build strong relationships with both new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor who understands their business goals and recommends the right digital marketing solutions.
As relationships grow, you’ll help identify opportunities for upselling and cross\-selling that genuinely support the client’s success.
*Performance Tracking and Reporting*
You’ll track your individual sales performance against targets and provide regular updates on sales activity, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
You’ll also review your sales data to spot opportunities for improvement, refine your approach, and keep leveling up.
**Who You Are**
*Experience*
You have at least **6\+ months of successful B2B sales experience**, ideally within a digital marketing agency or a related industry.
You understand the basics of the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation, go\-to\-market strategy, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. You’ve shown that you can meet or exceed sales goals,
