Here are the details on this position. **Your role in our mission** ---------------------------- * Use multiple websites and systems to review and input enrollment data * Be a productive member of the team * Comply with contract requirements, business unit rules and related legal regulations * Time management, attendance and punctuality * Data entry **What we're looking for** -------------------------- * Experience working in a metric driven environment * Experience using multiple monitors and systems * Experience working in the Healthcare Industry / Medicaid specifically * Experience Meeting Service Level Agreements and contractual obligations * Ability to learn and ask questions to be independent **What you should expect in this role** --------------------------------------- * This is a fully remote position that requires a dedicated home office or private workspace with a door to ensure a professional, distraction\-free work environment. Employees must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with punctuality and reliable attendance being essential. The role requires the ability to maintain focus, meet performance expectations, and adhere to company policies while working remotely. * Remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload.
