The right person believes that we can fund merchants, make a great return doing so, and help merchants along the way and throughout the entire process. **What Does the Job Entail?** You will be responsible for running the daily operating rhythm of ClearMCA. That means overseeing the sales team, managing the funding pipeline, making sure leads are handled quickly and properly, coordinating with underwriting, communicating decisions, helping close deals, overseeing funding calls, coordinating funding, staying connected to servicing, assisting with collections communication when needed, and interfacing with our post funding merchant coaching team. You will be expected to know what is happening inside the business every day. You will need to know which leads are moving, which deals are stuck, which merchants need attention, which sales reps need coaching, which files need follow up, and which internal teams need better communication.
