Job DescriptionJob Title: Sales Collateral & Enablement SpecialistDepartment: MarketingReports To: Manager, Sales ExcellenceClassification: ExemptManagement Level: ManagerLocation: United States (Remote)Role SummaryThe Sales Collateral & Enablement Specialist is responsible for owning, governing, and evolving LanguageLine’s official sales collateral and presentations to support a consistent, buyer-centered sales motion. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Excellence, this role ensures that what sellers say and show in the field aligns with our sales methodology, revenue narrative, and product strategy.This role goes beyond asset creation to serve as a steward of the sales narrative, translating product and marketing inputs into seller-ready materials that drive clarity, confidence, and deal progression at critical buyer decision points.Key Essential FunctionsSales Collateral & Presentation OwnershipOwn the development, maintenance, and governance of all official client-facing sales collateral and presentationsEnsure materials clearly articulate LanguageLine’s value proposition, differentiation, and outcomes at each stage of the buyer journeyMaintain accuracy and consistency of product information, data points, and messaging as offerings evolveProactively audit collateral libraries to identify gaps, redundancies, and outdated materialsSales Narrative & Methodology AlignmentPartner closely with the Manager, Sales Excellence to ensure collateral aligns with:Sales methodology and talk tracksRevenue narratives and sales motionsTraining and coaching frameworksTranslate product and marketing messaging into seller-ready stories, slides, and supporting assetsSupport the development of seller scripts and presentation flows that reinforce desired selling behaviorsNew Collateral Development & Project ManagementLead end-to-end development of new sales collateral, including:Project scopingStakeholder input and reviewsVersion control and approvalsFinal delivery and distributionCollaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to bring new materials to market quickly and effectivelyManage timelines and workflows to ensure on-time, on-brand deliveryGovernance, Standards & Enablement SupportEstablish and maintain standards for sales collateral quality, structure, and usageClearly define what content is considered “official” and what is deprecatedSupport enablement programs by ensuring collateral integrates seamlessly into training, onboarding, and reinforcement effortsCross-Functional CollaborationCollect and synthesize input from subject matter experts across the organizationPartner with Technical Writing and Documentation teams to ensure alignment between product documentation and sales-facing materialsAct as a trusted partner to Sales and Enablement leaders on content needs and effectivenessQualificationsRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience developing and managing client-facing sales collateral or sales enablement materialsStrong writing, storytelling, and messaging skills for B2B audiencesDemonstrated experience supporting enterprise or complex sales environmentsProven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneouslyFamiliarity with CMS and digital asset management toolsStrong collaboration and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsPrior sales or sales enablement experienceProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) with the ability to support light design or production work as neededExperience working closely with sales methodologies and enablement frameworksFamiliarity with workflow automation or enablement platformsVideo or multimedia content experienceKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality and consistencyComfortable enforcing standards and retiring outdated materialsHighly organized and process-drivenAble to translate complex information into clear, persuasive storiesThrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environmentWork EnvironmentRemoteTravel Requirements:5%Physical RequirementsOffice Clerical CategoryCompliance RequirementsSupport LLS’ Quality Management System (QMS) to continually improve the Division’s processes, procedures, and services; and thereby increase efficiency, productivity, effectiveness, and customer satisfactionFor U.S. Positions: Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship.
