Configure, maintain and support internal Apps and Software as a service platforms.Main ResponsibilitiesProvide IT Support/bank access for a growing team of accountants, managers, engineers and sales peopleApply systems analysis techniques and procedures to determine hardware or software systems functionalityManage help desk or improve the existing solution following best practicesProvide IT support to 450+ employeesProvide antivirus software support and monitoring of all employee machines to ensure all software installed and Operating system updates are up to dateProvide clear and concise communication to key stakeholders about IT effortsLead the entire organization when it comes to IT process and device management Provide process documentation on policies to be followed by the entire organizationStay up to date with social engineering attacks and their different commonalities Monitor all devices for suspicious activity and behaviorFirewalls and other security rules setup and administrationManage a remote access solution for supportProvide remote support to users in remote hands scenariosTroubleshoot Windows, Mac incidents and other issuesCommunicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding pain points and needs to deliver clear useful and precise informationImmediately and precisely communicate with the team when faced with a roadblock and proactively find a solution ASAPTake initiative to write clear documentation as needed without being askedProvide support and clear instructions to users in both English and SpanishPatiently guide non-technical team members in best security practices Own your projects by working with stakeholders and ensuring alignment to deliver on-time resultsWrite scripts and deploy them to automate IT processesRequired skills +3 years working experience working as a sole contributor in IT or on a team of other IT professionalsExperience managing cloud based Antivirus and ApplicationsBe able to identify and implement IT initiatives and Deliver IT projectsAbility to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesComfortable working in a geographically distributed and cross-functional environmentProfessional proficiency in English (written/spoken)Nice-To-Have Skills / ExperiencesExperience in startupsPowershell or other scripting experienceExperience working on MSPs, experience using RMM, MDM systems or similarKnowledge on Apple devices support and troubleshootingFamiliarity and experience on Linux environmentsKnow-how on keeping inventories Experience with Bitdefender, Kaspersky AV or similar AV solutionExperience with Ninjaone or Microsoft intune similar MDMProper is proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse environment to work by offering the same opportunities to all applicants regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, color, religion, disability, national origins, marital status, or other characteristics.
