Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Remote **Full\-time / Part\-time \| Remote Position** Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified **Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)** to join our behavioral health team. This position offers the opportunity to provide behavioral therapy services remotely using telehealth technology to support individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress through data analysis, and provide guidance to families and caregivers. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who is passionate about improving client outcomes through evidence\-based ABA interventions while working in a flexible remote environment. Responsibilities * Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations via telehealth platforms * Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans * Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor client progress * Provide training and supervision to caregivers, educators, and support staff * Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance * Conduct intake sessions and develop treatment goals based on client needs * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and treatment plans * Ensure ethical and professional standards are maintained in telehealth service delivery Requirements / Experience * Active **Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)** certification (Required) * Experience working with children or individuals with autism and developmental disabilities * Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral therapy strategies * Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans * Experience with data collection, analysis, and documentation * Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and medical documentation * Telehealth experience preferred but not required (training can be provided) * Strong communication and organizational skills What We Offer * Competitive compensation * Fully remote / work\-from\-home opportunity * Flexible schedule options * Supportive and collaborative clinical team * Opportunities for professional growth and development **To apply, please submit your application through Indeed or email your resume to asmith@noortalents.com.** Pay: Up to $60\.00 per hour License/Certification: * BCBA (Required) * Licensed Behavior Analyst in Illinois (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
