Project Manager / Project Co-ordinator

This is a remote position.Location:Currently remote; may transition to onsite in the futureProject Manager or Project Co-ordinator– Training & Programs ExecutionRole OverviewWe are looking for an execution-driven Project Manager who can manage end-to-end delivery of training programs, hackathons, and customer engagements.This role requires strong ownership across planning, tracking, stakeholder communication, and risk management.The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple parallel projects in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & ExecutionOwn end-to-end requirement gathering, planning, execution of ILT (Instructor-Led Training), hackathons, customer briefings, and similar programsCreate detailed project plans, timelines, and milestonesEnsure timely and high-quality delivery across all programs2. Tracking & ReportingMaintain structured project trackers using Excel or similar toolsTrack timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverablesShare periodic status updates with stakeholders with clear visibility on progress3. Risk Management & Escalation HandlingProactively identify risks and define mitigation plansHandle escalations effectively with a solution-oriented mindsetEnsure minimal disruption to delivery timelines4. Stakeholder CoordinationCollaborate with internal teams (technical team , customer, trainers, content, operations etc.)Act as a bridge between customers and delivery teamsEnsure clear communication and expectation alignment5. Budget & Resource TrackingTrack project budgets, effort utilization, and resource allocationEnsure cost efficiency and highlight deviations early6. Operational ExcellenceDrive process adherence and standardizationImprove tracking mechanisms, templates, and workflowsIdentify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements Requirements3-5 years of experience in Project Management / Program DeliveryStrong proficiency in Excel (project tracking, reporting, dashboards)Hands-on experience in timeline management, risk tracking, and escalation handlingExperience in managing training programs, hackathons, or customer-facing initiativesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high ownershipPreferred QualificationsExperience working on Azure-based or cloud-related projectsUnderstanding of technical training environments or cloud platformsFamiliarity with tools like MS Project, Planner, or similar tools Originally posted on Himalayas
