We offer a generous benefits package and compensation commensurate with your experience and skill set. **General Description** This position provides technical program management support to the Department of Commerce (DOC), International Trade Administration (ITA). The successful candidate provides oversight of all aspects of field and/or task\-level project performance (i.e., technical, contractual, administrative, financial). The candidate may work on multiple projects simultaneously. They supervise personnel involved in all aspects of project activity, organizes and assigns responsibilities to subordinates, oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks, and maintains customer contacts to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations. They also interface with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services. Further, they ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables; manages the integration of tasks; and tracks and reviews deliverables. Lastly, they recommend action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems and exercises independent judgment, as well as a high\-level of analytical skill, in solving non\-routine technical, administrative, and managerial problems. **Duties and responsibilities** The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex technical initiatives by coordinating project planning and execution, facilitating Agile ceremonies, gathering and refining business requirements, and ensuring cross team alignment while managing risks, dependencies, and timelines.
