We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to support the GTM (Go-to-Market) Finance function within the GTM FP&A team. The Go-To-Market team at Human Interest encompasses Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Onboarding. Reporting to the Director of GTM Finance, this role will be a critical player responsible for cross-functional efforts to support our public company readiness, building financial models for revenue forecast, and collaborating with all levels of the organization to improve our forecasting accuracy and financial reporting.What you get to do every dayDevelop robust financial models for revenue forecasting and scenario analysisImprove forecast accuracy, explaining material variances to expectations, and developing recommendations that enhance understanding of revenue and expense leversCollaborate with senior leadership and their teams to provide ad hoc financial analysis and budgetary support. Deliver actionable insights to inform key decisions and align capital allocation with strategic company initiativesProvide data-driven insights and financial analysis to optimize the performance of the GTM organizationStreamline processes, drive standardization, and build scalable solutions on the “way we do things” to support our next phase of elevated growth and scalePrepare materials for Board of Directors meetings, investors, and internal reportingCreate and monitor KPIs to measure performance against key financial objectivesWhat you bring to the role3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A at a high-growth software company and/or investment bankingExcel wizardry - ability to build robust financial modelsStrong attention to detail and accuracyHigh degree of comfort with ambiguity; ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of SaaS business models and experience in analyzing SaaS metrics Excellent communication skills - ability to collaborate across functions and levels throughout the company, as well as with external partnersAbility to drive insights from large datasets - SQL experience a plusFamiliarity with NetSuite and Pigment is a plusWhy you will love working at Human InterestHuman Interest is tackling one of our country's biggest challenges - closing the retirement gap.
