You'll collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. This role offers the opportunity to shape our talent strategy while representing our culture of integrity, intensity, innovation, and involvement. Sources, recruits, screens resumes and interviews internal and external candidates for vacancies including mid to executive level positions. Ensures necessary authorization is obtained prior to commencing recruitment activity. Maintains records of activity via the recruitment system and prepares productivity, analytical and other reports as assigned. Tracks applicants. May assist management in sourcing of support functions as necessary. Manages workflow within the team, communicates corporate initiatives, strategies and measurements, trains and develops existing recruiters. Provides frequent, high quality, value-added advice and counsel to business partners on recruiting and staffing issues. Remains abreast of industry trends. Provides relevant reports for Hiring Managers for added value or influence. May provide leadership, direction, mentoring, training, and/or coaching for junior team members.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree required. Additional professional certifications in HR or recruitment considered as a plus6+ Years of experience in End to End Recruitment cycle . Clinical research/CRO industry experience preferredShould have experience in Managing Global Internal and External Stakeholders Should be able act as seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.Should have experience in representing the department as a prime contact on projects.Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems, with Workday knowledge preferredStrong expertise in sourcing strategies including Boolean search, direct sourcing, and social media recruitingDemonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment across multiple business functionsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint for metrics and presentationsExcellent stakeholder management and consultation skills at all organizational levelsStrong data analysis and reporting capabilities to drive insights and decision-makingOutstanding written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English requiredAdditional language skills beneficial (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Mandarin)Proven track record of building relationships and influencing through collaborationExperience with metrics tracking, dashboard creation, and data-driven recruiting insightsAbility to manage multiple priorities effectivelyStrong project management and process improvement capabilitiesExperience representing company at recruitment events and career fairsKnowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements This job is curated by Lifelancer.Lifelancer is a talent-hiring platform in Life Sciences, Pharma and IT.
