SalesCloser.ai currently has the position of Sales Account Executive - Outbound available, and we're excited to tell you about it!OVERVIEWWe are searching for a high-performing Sales Account Executive - Outbound who doesn't just close deals, but closes the right ones, to join our team. As a member of the Sales Team, you'll work closely with our VP of Sales and a growing team of AEs. This role is designed for someone who wants to be at the heart of a modern outbound sales motion and contribute directly to how we scale.
As an Account Executive, you'll own a named account list and drive full‑cycle sales from first touch to close. This is a role for someone who thrives on research, relevance, and relentless execution. We're post‑product‑market fit and entering scale mode. The playbook isn't set, and that's the opportunity. You won't just follow it, you'll help build it. Together with all Teams, the Sales Account Executive - Outbound is responsible for the continued success of Salescloser.ai. Bonus Points if the successful candidate is based in the Greater Vancouver area, allowing for regular in-person office collaborations.RESPONSIBILITIESManage a portfolio of target accounts and stay persistent until you break into priority prospects
Conduct deep research, identify buying signals, and multi‑thread key stakeholders
Partner closely with marketing to run account‑specific, ABM‑style campaigns
Execute highly personalised outreach at scale, combining messaging, timing, and channel strategy to drive engagement
Operate in a high‑velocity environment (80+ activities/day when needed)
Leverage calls, email, LinkedIn, video, and creative outreach strategies
Focus on pipeline creation, progression, and conversion
Generate your own pipeline, no SDR support
Lead discovery, demos, objection handling, and closing conversations
Manage deals from first touch through signed agreement
Work in a test‑and‑learn environment
Continuously refine messaging, targeting, and outbound play
Move fast, learn fast, and improve every week
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS2–3 years of outbound sales experience (full-cycle preferred)
Strong outbound SDRs who have closed deals will also be considered
Experience working with named accounts / ABM strategies
Proven ability to perform in high-velocity environments (e.g., 10–15+ meetings/month)
Builder mindset, you don't wait for the process, you create it
Comfortable with ambiguity, change, and rapid iteration
As part of a diverse team, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Must be technical, analytical, results-driven and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Organised, administratively strong, and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset.
WORK ENVIRONMENTDue to the nature of this role, we may verify backgrounds, including conducting employment references, criminal record checks, and credit checks.
Once hired, the successful candidate must provide a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of SIN and proof of residential address as part of their onboarding process.
