This will include responsibility for areas such finance, sales, marketing, human resources, and operations. This role must possess strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to make strategic business decisions and develop strong working relationships with cross-functional teams. They must also have a thorough understanding of the Americas Insurance Commercial and Specialty industry, as well as the ability to manage and motivate a team. To be successful in this role, it is important to have a combination of both education and experience. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required, and an advanced degrees such as an MBA is recommended. Additionally, this role requires 15 years of experience in management or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
