We are looking for a forward\-thinking, high\-energy E\-commerce Client Specialist \& Digital Stylist to join our US Team. This role is designed for someone who bridges the gap between digital data and human connection. You will be responsible for full\-cycle customer care, digital sales, and building genuine, long\-term relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate moves far beyond transactional support, acting as an investigative, solution\-oriented style advisor who protects our white\-glove digital clienteling experience.
**Position Overview:**
This position requires a minimum of 2 years of direct backend e\-commerce operations experience and a background working with premium retail, contemporary fashion, or luxury brands. Applications without direct e\-commerce platform management and brand alignment will not be considered.
We are seeking a precise, highly analytical, and operationally driven **E\-commerce Administrator** to manage our daily digital operations, oversee our digital concierge workflows, and support backend website infrastructure.
This role bridges technical backend execution with sophisticated digital client care. The ideal candidate will seamlessly navigate e\-commerce backends, data entry, and software integrations while maintaining an elevated, professional, and elegant communication style befitting a premium fashion house. You will act as part of the operational backbone of the US digital division, ensuring the website is flawless and the customer journey is seamless.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Backend Site Administration:** Execute daily backend updates including detailed product catalog management, catalog uploads, inventory synchronization, data entry, and basic technical troubleshooting across our enterprise e\-commerce platform and tech stack.
* **Elevated Digital Concierge \& Care:** Serve as the primary point person for our digital client experience. Resolve complex inquiries regarding premium orders, international shipping, and high\-end returns using our dedicated customer service helpdesk. Maintain a highly polished, sophisticated brand voice across all digital touchpoints (email, live chat).
* **Operational Auditing:** Partner closely with the E\-commerce Manager to audit site data, test promotional mechanics, review automated transactional layouts, and ensure seamless daily digital functions.
* **Data Integrity:** Assist in monitoring data accuracy and workflows between our core website backend, customer service platforms, and email marketing applications.
