Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant with a strong background in healthcare accounting. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, accrual accounting, and financial reporting, preferably within the healthcare industry.Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial records. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly. Handle accrual accounting and prepare month-end journal entries. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Prepare financial statements and supporting reports. Analyze financial data and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Support audits and provide required financial documentation.
