We believe in a "no wrong door" treatment model that finds ways to say "yes" to any patient referral rather than a multitude of exclusionary criteria found elsewhere. **Position Overview:** Virtual Supervising Psychiatrist providing supervisory oversight to Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in outpatient clinic setting for Ascends service lines and any additional service lines as determined. **Key Areas of Ownership:** * Provide supervisory oversight for nurse practitioners and physician assistants, ensuring quality of care and adherence to established treatment protocols and state regulations for children, adolescents, and adult patients * Available for case reviews as necessary * Available to meet with the team once per month * Previous experience in general psychiatry preferred **Qualifications:** * Active, unrestricted California MD or DO license in good standing * Must be board\-certified * Ability to provide supervision remotely **Physical Requirements:** This is a fully remote position but may require in\-person attendance as company needs arise.
