The VP, Strategic Growth, New Business & Partnerships will lead new business revenue across agencies, brands, and enterprise advertisers. This role requires a measured, strategic seller with command of media ecosystems and a strong understanding of performance, measurement, and predictive intelligence.You will own revenue generation, guide enterprise opportunities, and contribute directly to the next stage of Mogul & Co.’s growth.Key Responsibilities:Sales & RevenueOwn quarterly and annual revenue goalsDevelop and maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate forecasting in SalesforceLead complex enterprise sales cycles through contract negotiations and final closeClient DevelopmentBuild senior relationships across agencies and brand organizationsDevelop strategic partnerships that drive long-term value and recurring revenueNavigate multi-stakeholder decision processesIdentify opportunities where predictive intelligence improves outcomesCross-Functional WorkPartner with Media Ops, Analytics, Product, and LeadershipProvide market insights that influence product and GTM strategyRepresent the company in select external settingsGrowth & LeadershipHelp shape the commercial organization as we scaleContribute to hiring, process development, and team standardsServe as a core leader as Mogul & Co. expands its intelligence platformPerformance & ReportingMaintain accurate records of all leads, contacts, opportunities, accounts and activities in SalesforcePerform regular forecasting and ensure KPIs are being metProvide market insights and competitive intelligence to leadershipProvide market insights and competitive intelligence to leadershipWho You Are:Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or related field7+ years in sales or revenue ownership3+ years within the advertising/AdTech/media/agency systems industry or comparable experienceStrong relationships across agencies and enterprise brandsTrack record of meeting or exceeding revenue targetsExperience managing complex enterprise-level sales cyclesClear communication and executive presenceSelf-motivated with entrepreneurial mindsetStrategic, independent operating styleDeep understanding of the media/agency ecosystemProficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)Preferred:Experience selling analytics, intelligence, measurement, or AI-enabled media solutionsExposure to high-growth or transformation environmentsLeadership or mentorship experiencePrevious experience at a media agency, ad tech platform, or media companyCompensation:Base Salary: $130k-$200k; OTE $500k-$1M+Performance-based commissions AND quarterly bonuses (6–7 figure potential)Meaningful equity ownership with long-term 7-figure+ upsideComprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, wellness, disability, PTO, parental leave, 401(k))This role sits within the leadership layer guiding Mogul & Co. as it expands rapidly.Why Now?The media intelligence category is at an inflection point.
