This position is designated as work\-from\-home. **About the Role:** Synergy is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer. As a Quality Assurance Engineer you will be performing for functional testing and Integration Tests via a server\-based application User Interface. The right candidate will have a working knowledge of software engineering concepts such as software development standards, quality assurance standards, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). As a Quality Assurance Engineer you will be able to interpret requirements, develop test plans and test cases, and test software functionality. The role would ensure quality in the product development and participate in client engagements, along with improving product quality assurance practices and supporting business development activities. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Expert Software Quality Assurance Analyst. * Provides technical leadership to junior QA analysts. * Expert with testing tools and methodologies. * Meeting with the software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters. * Defines test plan development guidelines, testing strategies and procedures. * Exercises extensive professional experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. * Ensuring the successful deployment of products into production with minimal deficiencies. * Responding to requests from the design team and management. * Support application deployments, testing activities, and production releases. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including business analysts, architects, QA testers, and product stakeholders. * Create and maintain technical documentation, testing artifacts, and implem
