QuickBooks Online (QBO) Expert and QBO AI Team Leader (CPA Firm) Remote We are seeking a QuickBooks Online (QBO) Expert and QBO AI Team Leader to spearhead adoption of cloud\-based accounting solutions and innovative AI initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to optimize financial processes, and drive technological advancements in business accounting. As a vital member of our organization, you will blend technical expertise with hands on bookkeeping, payroll and sales tax services. Help us enhance our financial operations, streamline workflows, and implement cutting\-edge AI tools tailored for QuickBooks Online. Your leadership will empower our team to deliver exceptional business consulting, process improvements, and innovative solutions that propel growth and efficiency. **Your role**: * Collaborate jointly with our accountants and clients to maintain accurate financial records. * Import and reconcile bank and credit card activity in QBO and Desktop. * Provide client bookkeeping services. * Provide client payroll processing. * Provide client sales tax processing. * Implement QBO / Intuit AI product innovations into our workflows. **Qualifications:** * Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting. * 2\+ years of recent public accounting experience. * QBO certified. * QBO Advanced experience. * Knowledge and application of QBO / Intuit AI products (training is available). * Construction experience a plus. * Payroll and sales tax processing experience. * Resourceful, initiative\-taker with strong communication, client service and PC skills. * Knowledge of generally accepted accounting standards. * Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast\-paced team\-oriented environment and interact professionally with our clients and team. ***Why James and Harris CPAs, PA*** We’re growing, highly regarded in the community and seeking self\-starting leaders to be key members of our team!
