Applications without completed pre-screeners will not be considered.Role Overview:The Trade Licensing Program Manager will oversee trade licensing and certification programs, ensuring program quality, instructor coordination, and curriculum support. This role focuses on:Program operations and schedulingCurriculum review and improvementCompliance and quality standardsInstruction and student supportPrograms may include multiple trades such as:Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical tradesIndustrial and environmental trades (e.g., wastewater, manufacturing)General technical and skilled tradesRoles & Responsibilities:Review, update, and improve curriculum, course materials, and study guidesEnsure programs meet quality, compliance, and industry standardsMonitor program metrics, student progress, and outcomesCollaborate with instructors, curriculum designers, and eLearning teamsParticipate in operations and quality-related meetingsProvide guidance and support to instructors as neededPerform other program-related duties as assignedDesired Skills and Experience:Professional experience in trades, technical, or industrial fields (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC, wastewater, manufacturing)Experience with curriculum development, instructional design, or reviewing course materialsExperience with online learning platforms and tools (Zoom, Moodle, Google Docs/Slides)Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsDemonstrated leadership experience, including guiding teams or providing mentorshipExperience coordinating projects, programs, or initiatives across multiple stakeholdersAbility to provide guidance on technical content, program quality, and operational best practicesAbility to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver results in a remote environmentJob Details:Type:Part-Time / Full-Time (depending on program needs) Schedule:Flexible; may include weekdays and/or weekends, morning, afternoon, or evening sessions Remote:100% Online Originally posted on Himalayas
