The Head of Data Management is responsible for the strategic and operational management of company-wide data management with a focus on data governance, organizational frameworks, and sustainable data maintenance. The aim is to ensure data quality and availability as a basis for business decisions, taking into account regulatory requirements and internal standards.Your Responsibilities:1. Data governance & organizationEstablishing and maintaining roles, responsibilities, and processes in data managementEstablishing and further developing guidelines for data quality, security, and use2. Data maintenance & quality assuranceDefining and monitoring KPIs for data qualityManaging initiatives for data cleansing and harmonizationMaintaining and introducing new master data guidelinesSupporting the introduction of data maintenance processes in operational systems3.
