***Job Title: HOA Contract Specialist (Part\-Time, Commission\-Based)*** ***Location: DFW Metroplex (Remote with local travel)*** ***Job Type: Part\-Time, Commission\-Based (Uncapped Earning Potential!)*** ***About Nova Events*** *Nova Yoga is a sub\-community, centering itself on the (wellness/health) of the community, of Nova Events \- a community focused extension of the Nova umbrella company called Nova Productions.* *Here at Nova Yoga, we recently expanded our Group Grounding sessions including light stretching \& meditation (suitable for all groups and ages) to local HOA communities at the request of participants from our weekend community sessions. They wanted it in the comfort of their own back yards and we're making it happen for them. All we need is a driven closer like you to help us seal the deals!* ***The Opportunity*** *We're looking for a HOA Contract Specialist to (operate/run) the outreach and negotiation process with Homeowners Associations (HOAs) across the DFW metroplex. You'll be responsible for cold calling, scheduling meetings, following up with hesitant communities, and confidently closing contracts for our wellness programming services.* ***This Role is for Someone Who:*** * Knows how to read a room (or a phone call) and adjust their approach accordingly * Can be persistent without being pushy — and knows exactly when to walk away * Thrives on commission\-based earning potential with no income ceiling * Wants to grow with a company that's expanding rapidly * Must live in DFW area (the more familiar you are the better) * Must have reliable transportation * Has reliable phone, internet, and video conferencing access (will be given access to Zoom account \& our outreach phone line) Must have desktop computer or laptop ***Key Responsibilities*** \~ Conduct outbound cold calls/emails to HOA boards, property managers, and community decision\-makers across the DFW area. You will be given access to our outreach phone line. \~ Schedule virtual meetings (and in\-person meetings if requested by potential HOA clients) with HOA decision\-makers across the DFW \~ Attend virtual meetings with the Nova Events founder; in\-person meetings may be solo or accompanied with Nova Events founder depending on their availability \~ Follow up persistently with communities that are hesitant or need additional persuasion — without crossing into pushiness \~ Negotiate and finalize contracts for Nova Yoga \& Meditation residential services \~ Don't take "No" for an answer \- But know when a firm "No" means no, and respectfully disengage after good\-faith negotiation \~ Grow familiar with Nova Events' contract pricing, pitches, and service offerings to effectively communicate value \~ Manage a provided contact list while proactively identifying and recruiting new HOA prospects \~ Discuss (with founder \& HOAs) solutions to gathering residential contact information to inform them of this new amenity \& sign\-up those interested \~ C
