Preferred Candidate Location: Latin AmericaAbout the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and results-driven Bilingual Sales Representative to help grow a busy dental practice and medspa through proactive outreach and relationship building.This role focuses on generating new business by contacting local businesses, introducing the practice's services, building professional relationships, and scheduling face-to-face meetings for the practice owner. The ideal candidate is confident making outbound calls, enjoys building rapport, and has a passion for sales and customer engagement.This position has the potential to transition into a full-time opportunity as the practice continues to grow.Core ResponsibilitiesOutbound Sales & Prospecting (Top Priority)Conduct outbound sales and marketing calls to local businessesIntroduce the dental practice and medspa services to prospective referral partnersConfidently represent the practice and communicate the value of its servicesBuild rapport and establish professional relationships with business owners and decision-makersAppointment Setting & Business Development (Top Priority)Schedule face-to-face meetings between the practice owner and local businessesGenerate referral opportunities for both the dental practice and medspaMaintain consistent follow-up with prospective referral partnersTrack outreach activities and appointment outcomesLead Generation & Relationship Management (Top Priority)Research and contact businesses located within a 5–6 mile radius of the practiceMaintain an organized prospect pipelineProvide regular updates on outreach progress and scheduled meetingsSupport practice growth through consistent prospecting effortsSoftware & SystemsDentrix EMR (preferred)RequirementsExperience RequirementsPrevious outbound sales, appointment setting, cold calling, or Sales Development Representative (SDR) experience is requiredBilingual English and Spanish proficiency is strongly preferredDental industry experience is highly preferredMedspa or aesthetics industry experience is a plusPrevious virtual assistant experience is preferredRequired SkillsExcellent outbound sales and prospecting skillsStrong cold-calling confidenceAppointment setting experienceAbility to build rapport and develop business relationshipsStrong objection-handling and communication skillsProfessional and persuasive phone presenceOrganized and goal-orientedSelf-motivated and proactiveAbility to learn new products and services quicklyDeal Breakers❌ No outbound sales or cold-calling experience
