Accurate data entry and organization are crucial in this roleIntake Specialists will be held to quality standards established by the organizationIdentifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, or outcomes—not just following existing playbooksAt TopDog Law, everyone is expected to think critically, communicate clearly, and take ownership of their work.How This Role Drives the BusinessOur rapidly growing lead generation law practice is seeking full-time dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Intake Specialists to join our team. As a Legal Intake Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance providing empathetic support through the screening process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming client inquiries, conducting initial consultations, and providing exceptional customer service. This position plays a crucial role in the client intake process and requires strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. If you have prior legal intake or customer service experience in a call center environment, great communication skills, and a passion for helping others, apply today!Our call center is open 7 days a week 7 a.m. to midnight and candidates must be available for the following shifts listed here. These shifts can fall on any day of the week, you are guaranteed 40 hours a week and will have 2 days off each week with the schedule posted two weeks in advance.This role is critical to our success because it:Directly impacts [clients / revenue / case outcomes / team efficiency]Supports speed, quality, and consistency as we scaleHelps protect and elevate the TopDog Law brand and client experienceStrengthens the foundation needed to grow responsibly and sustainablyWhat Success Looks LikeWithin your first 6–12 months, success in this role looks like:You consistently deliver on commitments with minimal oversightYou proactively identify issues and propose solutionsYour work raises the bar for quality, clarity, and follow-throughYou are viewed as a reliable, trusted partner by teammates and leadersYou contribute positively to team energy, morale, and momentumQualificationsRequired:Previous experience in a legal intake call center or customer service call centerBackground in the personal injury legal industry preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferredFirm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skillsPrevious experience with CRM and case management software is desired; Salesforce preferredPossesses outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) and a sense of empathyExcellent organization and time-management abilitiesAbility to problem-solve or manage a challenging caller while on the phoneStrong communication skills—written and verbalAbility to think critically, prioritize effectively, and execute with speedMust have excellent attendance and log in on time for every shift.Nice to Have:Experience in a fast-growing or high-volume environmentComfort with ambiguity and evolving systemsExperience in legal, professional services, or client-centric organizationsPhysical Requirements:The physical demands described here represent those an individual must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
