As a bootstrapped, integrity\-focused company, we're expanding our team of experienced, independent Virtual B2B Inside Sales Representatives who enjoy prospecting and want flexible, meaningful work.

**What You'll Do**
* Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to generate qualified B2B sales opportunities.
* Prospect and qualify leads: navigate gatekeepers, handle objections, and persuade decision\-makers.
* Use advanced CRM features (especially "Advanced Search") for data mining and efficient lead routing.
* Build rapport, maintain high client satisfaction, and hand off hot prospects to our clients' sales teams.
**Whom We're Looking For**
We're seeking experienced B2B inside sales professionals with a proven track record in cold calling, appointment setting, and account management.
* Strong phone presence and excellent listening/presenting skills — comfortable making 30 – 50\+ calls per day.
* Hands\-on experience with CRM/CMP systems (Salesforce or similar), including advanced search and data mining.
* Self\-motivated remote worker with a quiet, well\-equipped home office: reliable computer, printer with ink, and unlimited long\-distance phone service.
* Available for part\-time work only during business hours — please explain how flexible hours fit your current life.
* U.S. resident (WI residents hired as W\-2; others may be 1099\).
* Degree preferred but not required — we value grit, results, and reliability above all.
