Own the SDLC end to end โ from ticket readiness through development, QA, release, and post-release verification.
Turn product priorities into clear delivery plans, milestones, owners, and timelines.
Break epics into deliverable phases and manage dependencies across teams.
Identify delivery risks early and escalate before they turn into missed deadlines.
Keep every initiative moving and make ownership clear at every stage.
Agile Process
Run sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and delivery reviews.
Track velocity, throughput, burn-down, and other relevant delivery metrics.
Keep tickets, boards, ownership, and workflows clean and accurate.
Continuously improve the way Engineering, QA, Design, and Product work together.
Strengthen processes around definition of done, QA handoff, branching, deployment, and release readiness.
Release Management
Own the release calendar and coordinate deployments across teams.
Manage release readiness, go/no-go decisions, rollback preparation, and post-release verification.
Coordinate hotfixes and urgent production releases when required.
Ensure release notes and relevant documentation are completed.
Make sure everyone involved knows exactly what is shipping, when, and who owns each step.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate Engineering, QA, Design, and Product so dependencies don't become blockers.
Work closely with Product Managers on scope, sequencing, delivery trade-offs, and realistic timelines.
Challenge estimates where needed and push for clarity when scope or ownership is ambiguous.
Make sure handoffs between teams happen cleanly and nothing gets dropped.
Reporting & Visibility
Give leadership clear visibility into delivery status, risks, timelines, and blockers.
Report progress using meaningful delivery metrics rather than vague status updates.
Escalate quickly when something is off track.
Keep upcoming releases and priorities visible across the organization.
