Full-Time Bookkeeper - 1099, In Person

**Job Title: Full\-Time Bookkeeper** Location: Las Vegas, NV Job Type: Full\-Time On\-Site, no remote opportunities Hours: 9am\-5pm Monday\-Friday Salary: $21\-23 per hour, based on experience Note: This is a 1099 position, not W\-2 **About Us:** We’re a small but growing wholesale car dealership committed to maintaining a strong, trustworthy presence in our community. We’re looking for a reliable and detail\-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team full\-time and help keep our financial operations running smoothly. **Position Overview:** As our Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing the day\-to\-day accounting and financial tasks of the dealership. This includes working with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, handling accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and generating regular financial reports. Prior dealership experience is not required—we will provide full training in dealership\-specific processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year\-end financial reports * Manage accounts payable and receivable * Reconcile bank statements and general ledger * Maintaining inventory and reconditioning costs in our dealer management system * Title preparation, submission, and follow\-up, including calling DMV for updates * Assist with insurance renewals, tax payments, and year\-end tax preparation * Maintain or assist with miscellaneous Admin and Office duties * Collaborate with management to improve financial procedures **Qualifications:** * Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel * At least 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks * High level of integrity and confidentiality * Dealership and Title experience is a plus but not required **What We Offer:** * On\-the\-job training in dealership bookkeeping practices * Supportive, small\-team environment * Opportunities for growth as we expand We look forward to hearing from you!
